Pictograms – The Loneliness of Symbols

As graphic symbols, pictograms lie along the boundary separating art from the ordinary. This exhibition in the Stuttgart Kunstmuseum featured a collection of works by contemporary artists who use pictograms in a variety of artistic forms.
