without borders

The ISCM World New Music Days composition competition is one of the most significant in the field of contemporary music which the International Society for Contemporary Music organises each year. The Society has selected its German Section to organise the festival and competition in Stuttgart in 2006. "without borders" is the theme of the extensive festival programme which will focus on what cultural identity means in a globalised world.
