Of All The People In All The World

The British theatre group Stan's Cafe will present an experimental project titled Of All The People In All The World during this year's 15th Workshop Days at the Theater der Jungen Welt in Leipzig. This interactive theatre installation graphically portrays statistic figures with masses of accumulating rice. For instance, 82 million pieces of rice can represent the population of Germany, a mass which then can be divided, regrouped, or shifted for statistic evaluation. Students from Birmingham and Leipzig will jointly form these mountains of rice into global landscapes.
