9 Points Of View 

The Kreativwerkstatt in Aschersleben is an educational centre dedicated to developing innovative approaches to art education. It has initiated and will host a new European literary project with nine of Germany’s neighbouring countries between September 2024 and December 2025. The project has invited nine authors to Aschersleben to work as writers-in-residence. During their stay, they will have the opportunity to meet and ex-change with fine artists from around central Germany. The resulting literary texts will be published on various channels and illustrated with original graphic artworks. The project organisers plan to stage discussions and readings with the authors in Aschersleben, Magdeburg, Leipzig, Halle, Erfurt, Berlin and Dresden. The project will also hold literary workshops in Aschersleben for around 500 children and adolescents.
