Landscape(S)

In this exhibition the Galerie Moritzburg demonstrates how artists organise landscapes as a cultural space for the imagination. In a sub-project Anne and Patrick Poirier examine an urban landscape by Caspar David Friedrich. The contemporary installation enters into a dialogue with romantic painting - in both cases the subject is the urban Utopia, both have the same theme: Halle an der Saale.
