Slubfurt City
Explanations
"Slubfurt City" is the name of this project's utopia- a vision of a unified border city with Poland's Slubice on one side and Germany's Frankfurt/Oder on the other. Twelve international artists will be designing works featuring an imaginary, mutual urban area based on the experiences of the real-life "Slubfurters" - stories of expulsion, job searches and cross-border love.
